Underthink Beauty Return Policy

At Underthink Beauty, we want you to love every product you receive. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. This Return Policy outlines your rights and our obligations under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.


1. Your Right to Cancel 

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving your goods, without needing to give a reason.
To exercise this right, you must contact us via email at hello@underthinkbeauty.com with your order number and request.

  • You then have an additional 14 days to return the items from the date of cancellation notice.

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned items, using the original payment method.


2. Items Eligible for Return

We accept returns on:

  • Unopened and unused products in original packaging

  • Products received damaged or defective

Note: For hygiene reasons, used or opened skincare products cannot be returned unless faulty.


3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Products that have been opened or used

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Clearance or final sale items marked as non-returnable


4. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email hello@underthinkbeauty.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions

  3. Carefully package the items and return them to the address provided

Customers are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


5. Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, or something you didn’t order:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include clear photos and a description of the issue

  • We’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or return shipping label


6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you by email

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–14 business days depending on your bank

  • Original shipping fees are only refunded if the return is due to our error


7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order for any replacement items.
